How to make a complaint

If you have an issue or complaint about our mortgage advisory service, please let us know so that we can try to resolve the problem. You can reach the internal complaints team by contacting Altin Financial Services Limited by;

We will take your complaint seriously and work on it according to our internal complaints process. During the process, we will probably ask you for more information.

Once the process is done, we will let you know how we can resolve the issue or the complaint. We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days from receiving your contact. We will contact you if we need more time to consider your complaint.

If you cannot agree on how we would resolve the issue, you can contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL). This service will cost you nothing, and will help us resolve any disagreements. To contact Financial Dispute;
